Deep water aquatic program designed to reduce fatigue and enhance physical and psychological well-being.
No swimming skills required, but you must be comfortable in deep water to perform gentle water exercise. Water aerobics flotation belts will be available, or bring your own (available at Amazon and SwimOutlet.com (AquaJoggers are not quite right).
Please come at least 15 min. early to the first class to complete paperwork
Comfortable swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and water bottle are strongly recommended; water shirt recommended but optional
